What started as a shoe repair shop in the 1930s French countryside has blossomed into a coveted luxury label of exquisite shoes handcrafted in Italy. With two decades of shoe repair experience, husband and wife Paul and Marcelle Sartore began designing and constructing footwear. Their superior craftsmanship and distinctive styling quickly earned the brand a luxury image. A rich selection of leathers, from python and lizard to ostrich and tejas, are worked on by hand utilizing traditional methods for a perfect patina and uncompromising finish. Sartore remains in the family name, his daughters Catherine and Francoise continue to jointly oversee design and management.
