German designer Markus Lupfer is well known for his experimental use of print and color. Since launching his eponymous label in 1998, Lupfer has expanded his collection to now include a line of women's knitwear. Lupfer regularly collaborates with other brands like Topshop, Mulberry, and Cacharel and in 2006 became the design director for Armand Basi One. His designs are worn by high-profile fashion icons like Madonna, Gwen Stefani, and Jade Jagger.
